Shipping and Delivery
No Annual Shipping Fees. No Shipping Charges. No Minimum Purchase.
You will typically receive your item within 2-5 business days. If you do not receive it within 7 business days, please contact us with your Order ID. We will take full responsibility and open an investigation to ensure that you receive your item. If the tracking number reveals that the order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping provider.
Orders with shipping locations within the United States will be shipped via USPS. Before you complete your order, please make sure that your shipping and/or mailing address is correct. We will try our best to correct wrongly entered shipping address on your behalf but due to security reasons, our customer service department is sometimes unable to do so. Hence, please double check your shipping address before placing the order for a pleasant shopping experience.
If the item is returned due to a wrong address, we will charge you the shipping fee plus a 10% restocking fee.
If you live outside the United States, please refer to international deliveries for the list of countries that we currently ship to. Shipping and handling fees apply.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Signature for Deliveries Option
Our free standard shipping and domestic flat rate shipping options do not require a signature for delivery. If you are wary of porch pirates or know that your address may require a more secure form of shipping please select the shipping option ‘USPS Priority Mail - Signature Required’. By choosing to not require a signature, you assume responsibility in the event of theft or lost shipment.
