Refund Policy

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us with the Subject: "Return Authorization" to request for the RMA. To expedite this process, please specify clearly your reason for return and your order no. Your email will be responded within the next 48 hours. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. 

 

All authorized returned products will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price, provided that such products are returned and received by our warehouse within 30 days' from the date of purchase. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges incurred to ship and return such products. Products returned must be 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.Refusal of shipment upon delivery will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

 

Please note that we will not accept returns on products that are in a non-resalable or in an old or used condition. Products returned that are found used will either be 1) Returned to sender OR 2) Charged a 20% restocking fee with a minimum $5 handling charge and any additional costs incurred to have the necessary parts replaced. Do understand that it will not be fair to other customers buying this product to accept a product of inferior quality.
If you receive a defective product please notify us within 3 business days' of receipt. All defective products will be accepted by us for credit, exchange or repair, at our discretion.

 

Again, you must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) to return a purchase to us. Without the RMA, we will NOT refund you even if you shipped the items back to us. This stipulation has NO EXCEPTIONS. All accessories and boxes that accompany your purchase must be returned to us. A restocking fee will be assessed and deducted from the refund if any accessories are missing. You will pay for the shipping to return the item back to us unless we ship you a defective and/or wrong product.

Wrong Shipping Address

Before you pay, please make sure that your shipping and/or mailing address is correct. We will try our best to correct wrongly entered shipping address on your behalf but due to security reasons, our customer service department sometimes are unable to do so. Once the item is shipped, the chances of us changing the address successfully are close to nothing. USPS does not allow address changes and other courier services charges high fees to change shipping address. Hence, please double check your shipping address before placing the order for a pleasant shopping experience.If the item is returned due to a wrong address, we will charge you the shipping plus a 10% restocking fee.
