Work from home, but work right.
As you tick away items on your to-do list, catch your posture.
It's easy to overlook, but a few simple tweaks of your work station will do the trick:
• Ensure your elbows are bent at 90-degrees with wrists flat on the keyboard
• Adjust your chair to level your knees with your hips or just below
• Place your feet flat on the ground or on a footrest
• Choose an office chair or backrest that provides lumbar support
